For different engine types, we can extract stuck injectors using a new pneumatic injector puller.
What advantage does using this new tool provide?
Accessing an oxidized injector can be very time-consuming, and often the injector cannot be removed intact.
Using the injector puller reduces the time required for the job, making injector removal faster and more cost-effective for the customer. It also allows injectors to be removed intact.
The pneumatic injector puller ensures a 95% success rate in removing rusted and stuck injectors intact. By comparison, only about 40% of injectors can be removed intact using drilling alone. Injectors that cannot be removed intact are drilled out.
Intact injectors can often be repaired or replaced with exchange injectors.
Repaired or exchange injectors are significantly cheaper for the customer than new ones.
