Common Rail Injector Repair, Inspection, and Sale
Karla Auto performs repair, coding, and testing of injectors, including Common Rail (CR) injectors. If necessary, we also perform cleaning of working injectors using ultrasonic cleaning.
CR injectors are next-generation common-rail fuel injection systems (CDI, HDI, CRDI, TDCI). Injectors are inspected, and fuel quantities are calibrated using specialized software.
Thanks to specialized software and equipment, Karla Auto carries out precise and manufacturer-approved inspection and repair of CR injectors for trucks, tractors, and heavy machinery.
If needed, we repair an old injector or install a new one.
If an injector cannot be repaired, we also offer the sale of new injectors.
We perform coding of Bosch, Delphi, and Denso injectors. The codes for the injectors that can be coded are: Bosch: 4-, 5-, 7-, and 9-digit codes Delphi: 16- and 20-digit codes Denso: 16- and 30-digit codes
