High-pressure injection pump repairs
Karla Auto performs high-pressure pump inspection, fuel quantity adjustment, calibration, and programming.
When repairing high-pressure pumps, we follow the manufacturer’s technical specifications, using modern test benches from Bosch, Hartridge, and Rabotti (Italy).
With the use of high-end equipment, Karla Auto can repair most high-pressure pumps.
The pumps we repair include the most common Bosch pumps in Europe, as well as Delphi, Denso, Zexel, VDO/Siemens, and Stanadyne high-pressure pumps.
For repair, adjustment, and testing of high-pressure pumps, Karla Auto uses original Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Stanadyne, and Zexel tools, along with the necessary testing equipment and benches that meet manufacturer specifications.
Through our long-term, quality-focused work, we have also acquired all the equipment needed to repair “old-school” pumps, which is not available in other workshops in Estonia.
In our work, we use only original spare parts.
All pumps repaired by Karla Auto come with a warranty.
A repaired high-pressure pump meets the manufacturer’s specifications, and if any issues occur with the pump during the warranty period, we will repair it under warranty.
As an officially authorized workshop, we also handle all warranty cases for new Bosch, Delphi, Stanadyne, and Denso pumps across Estonia. It is also possible to order a new pump for your vehicle through us.
